COVID19/Coronavirus update

Now that the Spring semester is over, we know many students, faculty, and staff have overdue or soon-to-be-due books from our libraries and Interlibrary Loan. We ask that you hold on to those books until the campus re-opens. If you are graduating or need to return your books for other reasons, we will accept books mailed to:
Attn. Returns
Lydon Library
C/O UMass Lowell Central Receiving
1499 Middlesex Street
Lowell, MA 01851
We suggest using book/media mail from the U.S. Post Office. This is a lower shipping rate that is designed for just such a need. If neither of these options work for you, please contact Debby Friedman:

If it's a UML book you can return it to either O'Leary or Lydon library (north or south campus). We will make sure it gets to the right place.

If the book is one we got for you through Interlibrary Loan (ILL), please make sure to return it to us and either library. We will make sure it gets to the library we borrowed it from.

If it's an ILL book that you got through another library's ILL service, return it to that library, even if it's our book originally.
