The Library has access to a ProQuest Database of UML Theses and Dissertations which students, faculty, and staff can view with their UML login credentials. Guests can visit the library in person to access this database on our public computers.

Most UML theses and dissertations produced before 2013 are only available in print form. To access these materials, visit the library catalog to find the specific item you want, then copy the title, author, and call number. Bring this information to the Circulation Desk at the first floor of Lydon Library on North Campus. Once you fill out a "Request From Storage" form, a librarian will bring out your requested document. While you cannot check out physical theses and dissertations from the library, you are free to use them in our study spaces.

If you are unable to come to campus in person but need to access print-only thesis material, we suggest finding your thesis information in our catalog and placing an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request. UML community members can learn how to register for borrowing at our ILL FAQ page. If you are a guest, please contact your local library for ILL options.
