Q. What are the Fall 2025 thesis and dissertation submission deadlines?

Here are the Fall 2025 deadlines to submit your thesis or dissertation to the library. 

• November 3 is the last day for students to submit a Declaration of Intention to Graduate (DIG) form and/or Certificate Clearance form.

• November 15 is the last day for students to upload a draft of their thesis/dissertation to the library

• November 22 is the last day to defend

• December 2 is the last day for students to upload their final draft

Please check with your department to confirm the deadline to defend your thesis in order to meet these deadlines.
