Q. What are the Spring 2026 thesis and dissertation submission deadlines?

Here are the Spring 2026 deadlines to submit your thesis or dissertation to the library. 

• March 4 is the last day for students to submit a Declaration of Intention to Graduate (DIG) form and/or Certificate Clearance form.

• April 3 is the last day for students to upload a draft of their thesis/dissertation to the library

• April 10 is the last day to defend

• April 16 is the last day for students to upload their final draft

Please check with your department to confirm the deadline to defend your thesis in order to meet these deadlines.
